Dr. James arrives at your home, examines your pet where they're comfortable, and gives you her full attention for the duration of the appointment. No waiting room, no handoff to a technician, no rushed ten-minute slot. She talks through what she finds and answers questions directly.
Her fear-free training means she knows how to move through an exam in a way that doesn't escalate anxiety. For cats who are difficult at the clinic, this often makes a significant difference — a cat on its own couch is a calmer, more readable patient than one arriving traumatized in a carrier.

I wasn't able to find the right words to thank you when you brought Rowdy's remains back to us. Thank you for your kindness and compassion during the whole procedure and before talking on the phone with Mike in deciding what to do. As difficult as it was there was some comfort and peacefulness in letting Rowdy go in our own backyard by St Francis. A place he loved so much. We appreciate you hand delivering our special guy back to us.
